What this policy covers, and what it does not
If you have raised a concern with us and are not satisfied with how we handled it, you may be able to contact your state attorney general.
This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.
It does not apply to information we receive during a client engagement. Client materials, including examination reports, policy libraries, loan files, borrower information, and any other confidential or nonpublic personal information, are governed by the engagement letter, confidentiality agreement, and any data protection terms in place between Endurance and the client, together with the client’s own obligations under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable banking regulation. Nothing in this policy modifies or limits those terms.
If you are a client with a question about engagement data, contact your engagement lead rather than using the process described below.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, your institution, your role, your email address, the type of situation you select, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. We collect the same categories of information if you email or call us instead.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data when you visit this site, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to operate and secure the site.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Where a change is material, including any change to what we collect, how we use it, or who we share it with, we will say so clearly on this page before the change takes effect.
Cookies. This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and to protect our forms from automated abuse. **We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.** If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required, ask for your consent.
Interactive tools. We may in future offer interactive tools on this site, including an AI-assisted diagnostic that responds to information you enter about your institution. No such tool is available today. **If and when we introduce one, we will update this policy before it becomes available**, and we will describe what the tool collects, whether submissions are retained, and whether any third party processes them.
What we do not want you to send us. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or health information through this site. Please do not enter information of that kind into a web form.
More importantly, and we say this as a firm whose work is confidential by nature: do not send us confidential, nonpublic, or supervisory information through this website. That includes examination findings, regulatory correspondence, borrower or customer data, and anything covered by a confidentiality obligation. Tell us in general terms what you are dealing with, and we will arrange a secure channel before you share anything sensitive.
This site links to third-party websites and to publications hosted by outside publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.
How we use information

We will not use your enquiry for any unrelated purpose, and we will not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us about a specific matter.
This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Because we do not do these things, the opt-out rights that some state privacy laws provide in relation to sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling do not arise in practice. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
How we share information
Service providers. We use a small number of third parties to run this site and our business, each engaged on terms limiting their use of information to providing services to us:

Professional advisers. We may share information with our own legal, accounting, and insurance advisers where genuinely necessary.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or a governmental or regulatory request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfers. If Endurance is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would tell you if that materially changed how your information is handled.
We do not disclose personal information to anyone else.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, we will honor the following requests about information we hold from this site:
- Access. Ask whether we hold personal information about you and get a copy.
- Correction. Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Deletion. Ask us to delete information we hold about you.
- Portability. Ask for a copy in a portable, readily usable format.
- Non-discrimination. Exercise any of these rights without being treated differently.
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, and residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have additional or differently framed rights. Rather than maintain a state-by-state list, we apply the rights above to everyone.
How to make a request
Email info@enduranceadvisory.com with the subject line Privacy Request, or call us on 817-264-6997. Tell us what you would like us to do and give us enough detail to find your records.
We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
Verification. We will take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before acting, usually by asking you to confirm details we already hold. We will not use anything you provide for verification for any other purpose.
Authorized agents. You may ask someone to make a request for you. We may require written authorization from you and confirmation of the agent's identity.
Appeals. If we decline your request, reply to our response with the word Appeal and your reasons. We will reconsider and respond within 45 days. If we still decline, we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and afterward for up to two years, so that we have context if you come back to us. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, the records become part of the client file and are kept under our professional recordkeeping obligations instead.
Server log data is kept for up to twelve months.
We keep information longer where we are required to by law, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our rights.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and loss.
No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This is why we ask you not to send confidential material through this site. If you need to share documents, contact us and we will arrange an appropriate method.
Visitors outside the United States
We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored here. Privacy laws in the United States differ from those in other countries. By using this site, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are: taking steps at your request with a view to entering into a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and in operating and securing this site; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where we rely on it. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Children
