Charley Clampett

Charley Clampett is Managing Director for IT Risk and Security at Endurance Advisory. He has managed IT strategy, transformation, governance, and execution across a 15-year consulting career in financial services, following 25 years at Bank of America.

As a consultant, Clampett's engagements with banks and large financial industry service providers have covered merger and acquisition support, data center consolidation, regulatory compliance, and overall IT strategy and governance. Most recently he served as interim Chief Information Officer for four months in 2025 at a midsize bank in Dallas, managing all IT aspects of the periodic OCC examination.

At Bank of America he managed the corporate desktop environment and consumer delivery channel infrastructure, and led technology infrastructure for the Countrywide Mortgage integration and for the LaSalle Bank acquisition and divestiture from ABN AMRO.

Clampett graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Missouri with a degree in mathematics and computer science.
