Donna Osborne

Donna Osborne is Managing Director for Operations Enhancement, Transformation and Merger Integration at Endurance Advisory. She has served as the lead for operations conversions in more than twelve major bank mergers.

Osborne's experience covers process improvement, cost reduction, automation and outsourcing initiatives, and technology transformation.

She began her career with Suburban Trust Company in 1980 and joined Sovran Bank in 1985, which was subsequently acquired by NationsBank and later Bank of America. At Bank of America she managed production support for Consumer Banking, led Fraud Management, and served as Change Management Executive for e-Commerce. She was part of the team that developed the Model Bank Center program, the technology foundation that supported multiple mergers and acquisitions.

Osborne holds a degree from the University of Maryland University College and is a graduate of the Maryland Bankers School. She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified trainer.
