Letitia Imel

Letitia Imel is Senior Director and Program Manager at Endurance Advisory, where she coordinates de novo bank and charter application programs and keeps regulatory and technical workstreams aligned.

Imel's work centers on cross-functional coordination across multi-phase engagements, vendor and core-platform evaluation, and structured status tracking and reporting. Clients engage her when a program has many moving parts and a filing date that will not move.

Before joining Endurance Advisory, Imel served as Senior Marketing Operations Manager and then Marketing Operations Manager at Unanet, where she designed data strategy and lead-nurturing programs and standardized process and data practices across the marketing and revenue organization. Earlier she was Director of Business Development at Mentoring Complete. She has worked as an independent HubSpot-certified consultant since 2018.

Imel holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
