Praful Mainker

Praful Mainker is Chief Methodologist at Endurance Advisory. He is an enterprise risk management leader who has served as Chief Risk Officer at community banks and advised some of the largest financial institutions in the world on data-driven risk management, while helping small and regional banks reach regulatory readiness.

Mainker holds multiple United States patents. His work in artificial intelligence and advanced data science has been applied to decision-making processes at JPMorgan Chase, MoneyGram, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and Capital One. His expertise spans hands-on technical development through enterprise risk management and governance, with years of experience leading technology, operations, operational risk, and compliance transformations.

He has also led market-leading initiatives in the utility industry in Germany and India, telecommunications in Germany and the United States, and healthcare in the United States.

Mainker earned an MS in Electrical Engineering with research focused on artificial intelligence, is a CFA charterholder, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He trained in enterprise risk management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

A longstanding advocate for STEM education, Mainker has raised tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships for Dallas-Fort Worth area schools and has served on the advisory board of the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
