Sandip Bhatlawande

Sandip Bhatlawande leads artificial intelligence at Endurance Advisory. He brings more than 15 years of experience across global investment banking, community banking, and fintech, and founded the compliance automation platform that underpins the firm's AI capability.

Bhatlawande began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent 11 years progressing from building quantitative risk models and regulatory systems to leading credit strategies for small business lending. He later joined TransPecos Bank, a Texas community bank, as Head of Systems and Business Integration and then Head of Business Transformation, where he led the bank's core conversion, transforming deposit, loan, and branch operations.

Before founding his current platform, he was a founding engineer at a fintech startup that launched a neo-banking product, acquired 5,000 customers, and built compliant deposit operations from the ground up.

Bhatlawande trained as an electronics engineer in India and holds an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester.
